Booths:
Each 10’ x 10’ booth will feature:
8’ high black draped back walls and 3’ high sidewalls

Show Description
The Family Expo is a uniquely structured family-focused trade show which brings the right customers right to YOU! We attract parents, children and grandparents by advertising the wide variety of interactive fun that the whole family can look forward to at the expo.
The entertainment and activities include kid friendly stage shows, local talent, magic shows,
clowns and familiar costume characters. There are inflatables and games, drawing for prizes,
educational hands-on displays,and more! You'll want to include an interaction for kids, prizes
and creative fun for kids in your booth as well!
To be eligible to participate, exhibitors must meet one or more of the following criteria in
alignment with our philosophy:
Produce or sell family friendly products at the manufacturer, distributor, or retail level
Offer enrichment programs to families
Be an educational organization offering services to families
Supply other products/services/destinations in keeping with the Expo philosophy.
The Family Expo reserves the right to reject applications that are not in alignment with the Expo's philosophy.
Event Move In:
Exhibitors can set up booths on Friday 10am - 3pm
Show Hours: Friday, April 23rd 5pm - 9pm Saturday, April 24th 10am - 5pm Sunday, April 25th 11am - 5pm
Move-Out: Sunday, April 25th 5pm - 9pm
All exhibitors should be prepared at their location by 4:30 pm on Friday, 9:30 am on Saturday and 10:30 am on Sunday.

Standard Rate - If Registering AFTER February 1, 2010 $525.00 One 10x10 Booth Includes ONE 6ft skirted table, TWO chairs, 8ft back drape and 3ft side drape and 1-110V electrical outlet.
Non-Profit Rate $300.00 One 10x10 Booth Includes ONE 6ft skirted table, TWO chairs, 8ft back drape and 3ft side drape and 1-110V electrical outlet.
Security:
Security is provided 24 hours.

Family Rate $15.00

Registration: Reservations are on a first come first serve basis, and are made only for those sending in a completed
exhibitor registration form with a minimum $250.00 deposit. Full payment is due by March 1, 2010.
New registrations will still be accepted after March 1, 2010 but payment must be made in full.
We will only be accepting 1 exhibitor per direct sales company (ie/ Pampered Chef, Arbonne, etc.).
Booth #'s: Each exhibitor will be assigned a booth number that corresponds to the floor plan. Numbers are assigned on
a first come first serve basis. Booth assignments are subject to change.
Exhibitor Badges:
All exhibitors receive 4 passes with their booth. Additional passes can be purchased for $5.00 at the Show Office Every exhibitor MUST have an exhibitor pass to enter the Show.All exhibitor passes will be available at the Show Office on move in day.
Set-up: All exhibitors are responsible for their own booth set up. All Booths must be set up by 4:30 pm Friday.
Selling:
You are encouraged to distribute coupons and promotions. You may also sell products from your booth.
Shipping: Advance shipping and set up is available through Handy Special Events. Please contact them directly

Family Expo is not responsible for your personal items, materials or booth décor left before, during and after the show. Insurance:As part of your exhibitor’s agreement with Parenting Productions and Saskatoon Family Expo: You, the ‘Exhibitor’, agree to carry commercial general liability insurance in the amount of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) bodily injury and property damage. Such liability must include coverage for ‘attendance at trade shows’. ‘Parenting Productions’ must be named as an ‘Additional Insured’ on your insurance policy. At Your Booth:Each exhibitor is encouraged to have an activity to draw children and parents to your booth. Activities can be anything from a craft activity, face painting or a simple activity like bean bag toss. Many vendors also provide a small give away or prize at the booth as well. Interactive activities are fun for show goers and provide an icebreaker to talk to potential customers. Having a door prize draw is also a great way to collect names for your businesses contact list. PST:All exhibitors are required to be registered for PST.Payment:Your Exhibitor Registration Form is required along with a minimum $250.00 deposit to reserve your booth. Final payment is due no later that March 1, 2010. Reserved locations will be fortified if final payment is not received by due date. No exhibitor may participate if payment is not complete. You are responsible for reading the Exhibitor Guidelines and Conditions of Contract. If you have any questions please address these prior to signing the registration form. Sponsorship:Exhibitors wishing to have premium space, their logo on promotional materials, and an overall greater presence at the Family Expo by way of sponsorship please contact us for more details. Space is limited, applications accepted on a first come first serve basis. Advertising Plan: It is our goal to provide you the best venue to promote your products and/or services. Therefore, we have created an extensive advertising plan. We will be advertising in the following ways:
Radio advertising on C95, Magic 98, 650 CKOM and 92.9 the Bull and Wired 98. Newspaper advertising. Billboards at various locations around the city Announcement provided to local and rural school newsletters. 250+ posters distributed around Saskatoon and area. Web site with information updated as it is received.
